The Canvases Page

You can view your fleet of Canvases on the Canvases page. To access the Canvases page, click “Canvases” in the left sidebar.

Browsing for Canvases

1. Click "Canvases" in the left sidebar to view your list of Canvases.
2. Use the Workspace selector to view Canvases in a specific Workspace.
3. To search for Canvases in the Canvas list, use the search bar located in the upper right corner of the page.

Filtering for Canvases

To filter your list of Canvases:

1. Click on the filter icon under the "Canvases" title.
   
   
2. Select which filters to apply.
3. Click "Apply Filters".  

Conditional filtering

As of Version 3.22, a single "AND" or "OR" condition can be used when filtering for Canvases. To apply a conditional filter:

1. Click on the filter icon under the "Canvases" title.
2. Click "Conditional Filtering". 
3. Select the condition in the first dropdown.
4. Select the filter and values in their respective dropdowns.
5. To add a condition, click on the + icon. 
6. Once you've selected all applicable filters and conditions, click "Apply Filters".

Removing applied filters

When filters are applied, they will be displayed in blue under the "Canvases" title. To remove applied filters, click the blue X icon next to the filters, as shown in the image below.

Configuring Canvas List View

You can configure the columns of your Canvases list view to best meet your needs. To configure the Canvas list view:

1. Click "Canvases" in the left sidebar to view your Canvas list.
2. Click the ... icon. 
   
   
   
   • To hide a column, toggle the switch off.
   • To show a column, toggle the switch on.
   • To reorder columns, hold and drag a column.
3. To save the new configuration, click "Ok".
