Provisioning with the Videri Classic Mobile App

NOTE: This page provides information on provisioning a Canvas to Ops Portal. For guidance provisioning to Portal3, see Provisioning with the Videri Mobile App.

 

Before You Begin

Make sure to complete the following steps before provisioning your Canvas:

  1. Unbox and install your V-Series or Spark Canvas, following the instructions in the relevant V-Series Installation Guide of the Spark Series Installation Guide, respectively.
  2. Download the Videri Classic mobile app to your smartphone or tablet, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  3. Ensure you have a user name and password for Ops Portal. If you do not have login credentials for Ops Portal, contact your organization admin.

NOTE: The Videri Classic mobile app must be version 1.0.5 or higher to work with Android 14 and above.
