End of support for DPC3xx Canvases

The first notification sent on November 13 - 2024 

Dear Valued Videri User,

We are writing to inform you that at the end of December 2023, Amazon Web Services (AWS) is ending support of TLS 1.0, a security protocol that Videri Digital Canvases use to communicate securely with our VLE 2.0 platform. 

Because of these changes, any DPC3xx Canvases must be provisioned by December 31, 2023 or they will no longer be usable.

Provisioning your DPC3xx Canvases will ensure that they operate as designed and can securely communicate with the Videri platform.

Second notification: Friday, February 9, 2024

We are writing to inform you that we are officially suspending support for DPC3xx Canvases, effective June 1, 2024.

The end of support for these products means that we will no longer be releasing updates, patches, or security fixes for these devices. Please note that while these Canvases will continue to function on the Ops Portal (VLE 2), their performance and security may be compromised over time as technology evolves.
