Release Notes | July 12 - July 19, 2026

The following updates were made to the Videri Platform between July 12th and July 19th:

Devices & Walls

• Device drawers and device lists now show separate status icons for content downloads and software/firmware updates that refresh automatically without requiring a page reload.
• Fixed an issue that could cause Canvases to show a blank or stale screen when playback switched between edited layouts. Canvases now update correctly without requiring a manual reboot.
• Fixed an issue that prevented users from deleting or cancelling active downloads on the Device Storage page.

Assets, Playlists, & Projects

• Layouts can now be added directly to projects and playlists, shared across Workspaces, duplicated, and tagged with custom fields.
• Fixed multiple display and filtering issues for the Playlists and Layouts pages, including incorrect thumbnail views and filters not working as expected.
• Fixed an issue that caused duration or thumbnail information to be missing for some processed assets in Portal3.
• Fixed an inconsistent button label in the "Create a New Project" dialog.

Events & Scheduling

• Fixed an issue that prevented the brightness schedule status indicator from updating after a schedule was created and saved.
• Fixed an issue that caused duplicate events to appear on the Schedule page.

Users & Workspaces

• Fixed an issue that caused the Workspace share dialog for assets to enter an inconsistent selection state.

General UX Improvements

• Fixed an issue that caused Creative Studio user sessions to expire prematurely. Sessions now refresh automatically when possible.

Developer Experience

• Migrated asset endpoints to v2, including improved pagination support.
