The following updates were made to the Videri Platform between Aug 2nd and Aug 9th:
Devices & Walls
- Fixed an issue that prevented Wall events from appearing on Canvases added to a Wall after the Wall was initially configured.
- Fixed an issue that prevented reordered orchestrated events from syncing across all Canvases in a Wall.
- Fixed an issue that caused some devices to incorrectly report a black screen or logo status while content was playing.
- Fixed an issue that caused batch brightness schedules to apply to Canvases even when schedule activation was not selected.
Assets, Playlists, & Projects
- Fixed an issue that caused intermittent timeouts during asset swaps and incorrect resolution information to display in the swap dialog.
- Fixed an issue that caused the asset "Usage" tab to show different Workspace information depending on which Workspace the asset was viewed from.
- Fixed an issue that caused long project names to overflow when adding Layouts to a Project.
- Fixed an issue that caused columns to shift unexpectedly in the "Content" tab for playlists with 10 or more items.
- Improved asset security so users can only tag, replace, or delete assets they are authorized to access.
- Fixed an issue that allowed the "Edit" action to appear enabled for playlists shared as read-only into another Workspace.
- Fixed an issue that caused some processed assets to have incomplete duration and thumbnail data.
Events & Scheduling
- Added a batch "Resume Schedule" option so schedules can be resumed for multiple Canvases at once without repeated confirmation messages.
- Fixed an issue that caused long device or Wall names to break the layout on the Schedule page.
- Fixed an issue that caused the schedule preview to show a duplicated event when editing a scheduled layout.
- Fixed an issue that caused an error when updating an existing scheduled event to use alternating content.
- Fixed an issue that prevented scheduled events from displaying on Canvases newly added to a Wall.
Users & Workspaces
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from being redirected to Portal3 after entering a valid backup code.
- Fixed an issue that allowed the "Continue" button to become active again too early during multi-factor authentication verification.
- Fixed an issue that caused a false success message to appear when user creation failed.
General UX Improvements
- Fixed an issue that caused search results and item counts to update incorrectly when searching quickly in the scheduling assets modal.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the "Number of items" advanced filter from accepting 0 as a valid value.
- Added hover tooltips for truncated firmware version text in the "Core Services" section of the device side drawer.
