Release Notes | June 21 - June 28, 2026

The following updates were made to the Videri Platform between June 21st and June 28th:

Devices & Walls

• Fixed an issue that prevented Wi-Fi network switching from working correctly in Portal3.

Assets, Playlists, & Projects

• When swapping a source file on an asset, users can now update the asset name at the same time. The updated name is correctly reflected throughout Portal3 after the swap.
• Playlists page now includes a sticky "Quick Actions" column, making it easier to take action on playlists while scrolling.
• Users can now add assets and playlists to a project directly from the project editing page, making it easier to manage project content without leaving the project.
• Fixed an issue that caused shared item counts to not match between the main page and the side drawer.

Campaigns

• Fixed an issue that caused the preview image in campaign drawers to not match the selected event thumbnail.

Events & Scheduling

• Resolved multiple Schedule page issues, including the "New Event" button not working and the "Edit" action failing from 'Quick Actions' on the Events page.
• The Schedule page now includes a side sheet and an improved empty-state experience.
• The scheduling flow now defaults the end date and time, reducing the amount of manual input required.
• Fixed an issue that caused schedule details to reset unintentionally after swapping an asset.
• When editing an event, users are now prevented from accidentally switching between the "Devices", "Walls", and "Campaigns" tabs without saving.

Users & Workspaces

• Users whose Workspace access has expired now remain visible in the user list, making it easier to manage and audit access.
• Fixed an issue that caused duplicate Activity Log entries to be generated when a user was removed from a Workspace after their access expired.

General UX Improvements

• Activity Log filters have been updated to the latest design system.
• The "Go to Item" button in the Activity Log now works for non-device objects, including assets, playlists, and projects.
• Activity Log filter suggestion lists now appear in alphabetical order before typing begins, and the "duration" filter value can now be set correctly.
• Fixed multiple Activity Log copy issues across asset, playlist, layout, and project activities.
• Sharing an asset to multiple Workspaces is now correctly reflected in the Activity Log.
