The Projects Page

In Portal3, you can organize content and group it into "projects" for easier management. Projects allow you to combine assets and playlists and share them across Workspaces. To access the Projects page, click “Projects” in the left sidebar. For guidance sharing projects, see Content Sharing.

 

Browsing Your Projects Library

  1. Click "Projects" in the left sidebar to view your projects library.
  2. Use the Workspace selector to filter for projects in a specific Workspace. 
  3. To search for projects, use the search bar located in the upper right corner of the page.

 

Configuring the Projects Page

You can configure the columns of your projects table to best meet your needs. To configure the projects table:

  1. Click "Projects" in the left sidebar to view your projects library.
  2. Click the ... icon in the top right corner of the table.
    • To hide a column, toggle the switch off.
    • To show a column, toggle the switch on.
    • To reorder columns, hold and drag a column.
  3. To save the new configuration, click "Ok".
NOTE: List view configurations will persist for your user on subsequent logins and when switching to different Workspaces. List view configurations will not change for other members of the Workspace.
