Overview

We’re excited to share the latest updates designed to enhance our users' sharing, filtering, and search experience. From more granular sharing options for projects to advanced search capabilities and usability improvements, these updates empower users to work more efficiently and collaboratively. Additionally, we've resolved key bugs to ensure a smoother, more reliable product experience.

Highlights

• Granular Sharing for Projects: Share projects with the same flexibility as assets and playlists.
• Direct Link Sharing: Easily share direct links to Canvas schedules and campaign schedules.
• Advanced Searching: Use the logical OR operator when searching for increased efficiency.
• Restriction of SuperUser Commands: We are restricting access to SuperUser commands to enhance the security of our system.
• Bug Fixes & General QoL Updates: We have resolved some bugs and made some other minor quality-of-life improvements.

New Features

Advanced Searching

We've made some updates to in-app searching to facilitate more advanced queries:

• Search using "OR": Using a pipe | in a search query acts as the logical "OR" operator, enabling users to search for multiple items that match different conditions.
• Mandatory term inclusion: When using the OR operator, prefixing a search term with a leading asterisk * ensures that the term is included in the results. A leading asterisk must be combined with the OR operator, as |*.

Direct Link Sharing

• Users can now share direct links to a Canvas schedule or a campaign schedule.

Enhancements & Improvements

Updated Sharing Features for Projects

• Users can now share projects to any other Workspace, enabling more flexible and precise sharing.
• Assets and playlists shared from other Workspaces can now be added to projects, enhancing the ability to group all relevant content in one place.

Content Review During Playlist Editing

• Users can now view content thumbnails in a larger size for improved visual context when editing playlists.

Bug Fixes and Other Minor Updates

• We fixed an issue preventing users from removing content from duplicated projects.
• Enhanced filtering for single-select type metadata fields: Users can now apply "OR" conditions to filter by multiple values in the list.
• The number of selected items is now reflected in the "Actions" button on every page, providing better clarity for bulk actions.
