Overview

Version 3.25 introduces several workspace management improvements to enhance users' flexibility and control. Additionally, we've made several minor QoL improvements thanks to user feedback. 

Highlights

• Workspace Hierarchy Management: Admin users can now change the parent Workspace of a Workspace.
• Workspace Access Expiry: Admin users can now set an expiration date to remove a user's access to a Workspace.
• Cross-Workspace Content Management: Users can now move content between Workspaces.
• Feedback-Driven Schedule Improvements: We've made some changes to the Schedule page based on user feedback.
• Drawer Improvements: We've added features to the Canvas, Wall, and Video drawers.

New Features

Workspace and User Management

• Admin users can now change the parent Workspace of an existing Workspace for enhanced flexibility when adapting to growing business needs.
• Admin users can now set an expiration date on users' access to a Workspace, enabling our customers to grant temporary access to contractors. User access to a Workspace will be revoked automatically on the specified expiration date.

Cross-Workspace Content Management

• Users can now move assets, playlists, and campaigns from one Workspace to another, without needing to share the item or re-upload/re-create. 

Enhancements & Improvements

Drawer Improvements

• Wall and Canvas Schedules viewed through the Wall and Canvas drawers, respectively, now show which events on the schedule are priority events.
• Users now have access to a playback options when previewing video assets through the drawer on the Assets page. 

Schedule Page Improvements

• The "Hardware Selection" modal has been improved based on user feedback.
• Users can now select up to 10 Canvases and 1 Wall when viewing schedules.
