The following updates have been made to Portal3 between Jul 1 - Aug 26, 2025. 

Campaigns

• Users can now view campaigns across workspaces.

• Added filters for device selection when assigning Canvases to a campaign.

• Fixed inconsistent display of times across campaign events.

• Prevented editing of event order in “view-only” campaigns.

Projects & Playlists

• Added auto-refresh when sharing folders and projects for smoother collaboration.

• After editing a playlist within a project, users are now taken back to the project editing screen.

• Fixed an issue where sharing a project, playlist, or asset could cause a blank page.

Walls & Scheduling

• Fixed crashes when reordering events in Wall schedule.

• Improved brightness schedule handling of multiple hour partings.

Canvases

• Updated status columns to reflect new display statuses and styling.

• Fixed issue where canvases remained listed after being reassigned to another workspace.

General UX Improvements

• Standardized snackbar styling and messages across Portal pages for improved visual consistency.

• Improved Workspace filtering with a tree view for easier navigation.

• Added sort option for the “Projects” column on the Playlist & Assets pages.

• Enhanced visibility of inactive content trigger events.
