The following updates have been made to Portal3 between September 8 and September 14, 2025: 

Assets, Projects, and Playlists

• Fixed an issue where assets couldn’t be unshared from multiple Workspaces.
• Fixed an issue that was causing duplicated metadata to appear for some assets.
• Fixed an issue that was causing a blank screen to appear when scheduling assets or playlists.
• Snackbar message now displays correctly when deleting an asset.

• Fixed an issue that was creating errors when searching for projects.

• Snackbar is no longer shown when no changes are made to project names.

• Fixed an issue where editing a project name to blank did not behave correctly.

Campaigns

• Fixed an issue that was causing device selection to be lost during event editing when switching between a specific Workspace context and “All Workspaces” context.

Users & Workspaces

• Fixed an issue that was causing an inaccurate count of playlists to display when checking which Workspaces playlist were shared to.

• Fixed an issue that was causing a blank screen to appear when deleting a newly created Workspaces.

• Fixed placeholder text in Workspace side drawer ('Users' and 'Member Workspaces' tabs).

• Improved Workspace selection when accessing Workspace tree from the Users page. 

• Fixed issue that prevented new users from accessing a Workspace immediately after being added.
