Release Notes | December 1 - 8, 2025

The following updates were made to Portal3 the week of December 1st:

Devices & Walls

• Fixed an issue where sorting Walls by number of devices did not work as expected.

Assets, Playlists, & Projects

• Fixed a backend error where filtering playlists by Workspace name returned a server error (code 500).

Campaigns

• Fixed an issue that was causing campaign events to display incorrectly on the Schedule page when selecting or deselecting relevant device schedules. 

• Fixed incorrect “No. of devices” counts when target devices were assigned across multiple Workspaces.

Events & Scheduling

• Ensured removing an event from a Wall also removes the associated event from associated devices.

• Resolved an issue where unrelated events appeared in Workspace-level event lists.

Users & Workspaces

• Fixed an issue where recreated users appeared as “Expired Access” and did not show in the Users page list.

• Resolved failures when creating new users.

Publisher & Performance

• Improved load times for metadata-heavy pages.
