Release Notes | December 8-14, 2025

The following updates were made to Portal3 the week of December 8th:

Devices & Walls

• Fixed an issue that was causing devices to report an “Invalid date” for Last Online status.

• Added support for additional 3rd-party vendor models in device product mapping.

• Ensured batch brightness schedule creation properly activates schedules.

Assets, Playlists, & Projects

• Fixed an issue where duplicating a playlist to another Workspace caused it to move instead of copy.

Layouts & Creative Studio 

• Resolved multiple Creative Studio editing issues, including:

  • Sidebar property editing failures

  • Incorrect border rendering

  • Crop tool causing layout movement

  • Hex color values not being editable directly

  • Layout editor redirecting unexpectedly when editing video widgets

  • Added security warning messaging in Creative Studio.

Campaigns

• Fixed multiple issues in campaign and event editing flows when devices from inaccessible Workspaces were involved.

• Corrected behavior where operators saw incorrect device selections when opening campaign events.

• Improved support for multiple campaign scheduling scenarios.

Events & Scheduling

• Fixed sorting for the “Last Updated” column in Events.

• Enabled Select All when choosing devices during scheduling.

• Fixed Wall schedules not refreshing after new events were created from the same view.

Users & Workspaces

• Fixed NaN/NaN values displaying in the 'Users' tab of Workspace drawers.

• Fixed cases where users could lose Workspace access after updating another user’s expiry.
