The following updates were made to Portal3 the week of January 5th, 2026:

Devices & Walls

• Device Display Status now updates in real time without requiring a manual page refresh.

• Updated maintenance schedule UI to support start and end times for monthly schedules and align with the design system.

• Fixed an urgent issue that prevented editing metadata on some devices.

Events & Scheduling

• Fixed an error that prevented adding layouts to a running alternating event.

• Improved hardware selection by allowing users to expand the list to see more available devices.

General UX Improvements

• Standardized date & time pickers across Assets, Playlists, Projects, Devices, Walls, and scheduling-related views for a more consistent scheduling experience.
