We’re excited to announce that on Feb 12, 2026, Videri deployed new updates to streamline workflows in Portal3. Our latest release introduces a redesigned drawer experience focused on improving visibility, reducing navigational friction, and improving overall user experience. With a more intuitive layout, users can now preview objects while reviewing critical details, making it easier to validate information and take action without switching between pages. This update also brings new management capabilities across all workflows—including devices, content, campaigns, and users—to help teams operate more efficiently at scale.
What To Expect: Highlights
Redesigned Drawer Layout For Better Visibility: Drawers now provide a clearer, modular structure, allowing users to preview objects while reviewing key metadata without losing context.
Previews Across Objects: Users can view screencaptures for devices, layouts for Walls, and content previews for campaigns, projects, layouts, assets, and playlists directly within the drawer.
Improved Device Management Workflows: New sections for network details, brightness scheduling, and firmware information enable accessing critical settings in one place, without having to leave the Devices list.
Enhanced Content Sharing Controls: Easily view the Workspaces where content is shared and un-share it from specific workspaces directly from the drawer.
More Efficient User Management: New shortcuts allow admins to quickly add users to Workspaces, reducing steps and simplifying access management.
Faster Navigation & Decision-Making: The updated experience reduces the need to switch between tabs, helping users review, validate, and take action more efficiently.
