The Layouts Page

A layout is a piece of content composed of several elements. Layouts can be managed and scheduled like any piece of content, such as an asset or playlist. You can view your layout library on the Layouts page. To access the Layouts page, click “Layouts” in the left sidebar.

 

Browsing Your Layout Library

  1. Click "Layouts" in the left sidebar to view your layout library.
  2. Use the Workspace selector to filter for layouts in a specific Workspace. 
  3. To search for layouts , use the search bar located in the upper right corner of the page.

Choose the Best View For You

Layouts can be viewed in your library using "grid view" or "list view". To see large thumbnails of your layouts, select grid view. To see more information about all of your layouts simultaneously, select list view. 

Configuring list view

You can configure the columns of your layouts list view to best meet your needs. To configure the layout list view:

  1. Click "Layouts" in the left sidebar to view your layout library.
  2. Click the ... icon in the top right corner of the table.
    • To hide a column, toggle the switch off.
    • To show a column, toggle the switch on.
    • To reorder columns, hold and drag a column.
  3. To save the new configuration, click "Ok".
NOTE: List view configurations will persist for your user on subsequent logins and when switching to different Workspaces. List view configurations will not change for other members of the Workspace.

 

Filtering for Layouts

NOTE: Filters will persist for your user on subsequent logins and when switching to different Workspaces. Filters will not change for other members of the Workspace.

To filter your layouts:

  1. Click on the filter icon under the "Layouts" title.
  2. To see the full list of available filters, click on "Advanced Filters".
  3. Select which filters to apply. 
  4. Click "Apply Filters".  

Conditional filtering

As of Version 3.22, a single "AND" or "OR" condition can be used when filtering for assets. To apply a conditional filter:

  1. Click on the filter icon under the "Playlists" title.
  2. Click "Conditional Filtering". 
  3. Select the condition in the first dropdown.
  4. Select the filter and values in their respective dropdowns.
  5. To add a condition, click on the + icon. 
  6. Once you've selected all applicable filters and conditions, click "Apply Filters".

Removing applied filters

When filters are applied, they will be displayed in blue under the "Layouts" title. To remove applied filters, click the blue X icon next to the filters, as shown in the image below:
