Deleting Layouts

WARNING: Deleting a layout removes the layout from any devices or Walls it may be scheduled to, and from any playlists, campaigns, layouts, or projects where it may be included. All users will lose access to the layout upon its deletion. Deleting a layout cannot be undone. To use the layout again in the future, it will need to be re-created.
NOTE: You can only delete a layout if you are in the Workspace where the layout was originally created. A layout cannot be deleted from a Workspace it is shared to, or from "All Workspaces" context.

To delete a layout:

  1. Select the origin Workspace using the Workspace selector. For guidance, see Getting Started with Portal3.
  2. Click on "Layouts" in the left sidebar to access your layout library.
  3. Click on the target layout to open the layout drawer.
  4. Click the  button, located on the right side of the layout drawer.
  5. Click "Delete" to confirm.
