Enabling Reprovisioning

For security purposes, BLE broadcasting is disabled 10 minutes after a Canvas is provisioned and has been online. When BLE broadcasting is disabled, the Canvas will not show up in the Videri Mobile App. To reprovision a Canvas, you will need to enable BLE broadcasting.

 

Enabling BLE Broadcasting

To enable BLE broadcasting:

  1. Click on "Canvases" in the left sidebar to see your list of Canvases.
  2. Click on the target Canvas to open the Canvas drawer.
  3. Click the "Advanced Settings" button in the top right corner of the Canvas drawer.
  4. Scroll down to the 'Canvas reprovisioning' section.
  5. Click on the toggle next to 'Allow reprovisioning' so that it reads "Enabled".
