| The 'Statuses' column on the Devices Page provides a quick snapshot of key information about each device in your network. It combines both dynamic and static data, allowing you to quickly scan device health, configuration, and performance. |
Default Display
When you open the Devices Page, the 'Statuses' column is shown by default. To hide it, open the Column Configurator (see The Devices Page for more details).
Each device can display up to six statuses at a time. By default, the following five statuses are shown:
Online Status
Display Status
Device Type
Orientation
Max Resolution
Customizing the 'Statuses' Column
You can customize which statuses appear in the 'Statuses' column to better fit your needs. To configure the 'Statuses' column:
Click "Devices" in the left sidebar to see your list of devices.

Click the
icon next to the 'Statuses' header. This will open the "Status Column Settings" modal.
NOTE: The "Status Column Settings" modal will display slot assignments and options. Each slot represents one status. The order of the slots determines the order the statuses will appear in the 'Statuses' column. Assigned statuses are displayed as icons in their respective slots. -
Click on any slot to select it.
NOTE: The currently selected slot will be highlighted blue and the word "Current" will appear next to the assigned status.

Modify slot assignment as needed:
- To change a status, select a new one from the list.

To remove a status, select "None".
NOTE: For more information about applicable statuses, see Types of Device Statuses below. You can also hover over the (?) icon next to each status during configuration.
- Click "Save & Apply" once you've made all necessary changes.
Types of Device Statuses
There are a total of 8 device statuses:

| Online status | Reports whether the device is online or offline. | |

| Device type | Reports the type of device. | |
| Orientation | Reports the orientation of the device. | |
| Max resolution | Reports the max resolution of the device. | |
| Brightness schedule status | Reports whether the device has any active brightness schedules. | |
| Reprovisioning setting | Reports whether reprovisioning is enabled or disabled on the device. | |
| Wall inclusion | Reports whether the device is part of a Wall or not. |
