To reset the SIM APN list using Portal3:
- Log in to Portal3.
- Click "Canvases" in the left sidebar to see your list of Canvases.
- Click on the target Canvas to open the Canvas drawer.
- Click the “Advanced Settings” button in the top right of the Canvas drawer.
- Click on the “Network” tab.
- Scroll down to the 'Current cellular' section.
- Click “Show Available APNs”.
- Click “Reset SIM APN List”, located at the bottom left of the APN list.
- Click “Reset APN List” to confirm.
