Reviewing Asset Variants

When assets are uploaded to Portal3, Videri's ingestion engine creates multiple versions of those assets and stores them for later user. Then, when content is scheduled to a Canvas, the Canvas selects the best possible variant to display. You can review more information about the different variants via the Assets page.

To review asset variants: 

1. Click on "Assets" in the left sidebar to access your asset library.
2. Click on the target asset to open the asset drawer.
3. Click on the "Variations" tab.
4. Use the dropdown to select a variant to review.
