| WARNING: Deleting an asset removes the asset from any Canvases or Walls it may be scheduled to, and from any playlists, campaigns, or projects where it may be included. All users will lose access to the asset upon its deletion. Deleting an asset cannot be undone. To use the asset again in the future, it will need to be re-uploaded. To preserve instances of the asset while changing the visual content, consider Swapping Asset Source File. |
| NOTE: You can only delete an asset if you are in the Workspace where the asset was originally uploaded. An asset cannot be deleted from Workspaces it is shared to or from "All Workspaces" context. |
To delete an asset:
- Select the origin Workspace using the Workspace selector. For guidance, see Getting Started with Portal3.
- Click on "Assets" in the left sidebar to access your asset library.
- Click on the target asset to open the asset drawer.
- Click the
button, located on the right side of the asset drawer.
- Click "Delete" to confirm.
