Deleting Playlists

WARNING: Deleting a playlist removes the playlist from any Canvases or Walls it may be scheduled to, and from any playlists, campaigns, or projects where it may be included. All users will lose access to the playlist upon its deletion. Deleting a playlist cannot be undone. To use the playlist again in the future, it will need to be re-created.
NOTE: You can only delete a playlist if you are in the Workspace where the playlist was originally created. A playlist cannot be deleted from a Workspace it is shared to, or from "All Workspaces" context.

 

To delete a playlist:

  1. Select the origin Workspace using the Workspace selector. For guidance, see Getting Started with Portal3.
  2. Click on "Playlists" in the left sidebar to access your playlist library.
  3. Click on the target playlist to open the playlist drawer.
  4. Click the   button, located on the right side of the playlist drawer.
  5. Click "Delete" to confirm.
