Creating a Playlist

There are two (2) ways to create a playlist:

• Creating a playlist from the Playlists page
• Adding assets directly to a new playlist from the Assets page

Creating a Playlist From the Playlists Page

To create a playlist from the Playlists page:

1. Select the Workspace where the playlist should be created using the Workspace selector.
2. Click on "Playlists" in the left sidebar to see your playlist library.
3. Click the "Create New Playlist" button, located to the right of the "Playlists" title.
4. Click the "New Playlist" text in the top left corner of the screen to rename the new playlist.
5. Use the + icons to add assets from the left side of the screen to the playlist on the right side.
6. To reorder assets in the playlist, click and drag them into a new spot.
   

   NOTE: By default, images and apps added to a playlist will have a default duration of 15 seconds. Videos will have a default duration equivalent to the full length of the video. To change the duration of assets in the playlist, click into the input fields for each asset and type a new value (hh:mm:ss format). To change the duration of all items in batch, click the "Select All" button at the bottom of the playlist, then the button.

7. Click "Create" to save the playlist. 

Creating a Playlist From the Assets page

To create a playlist from the Assets page:

1. Select the Workspace where the playlist should be created using the Workspace selector.
2. Click on "Assets" in the left sidebar to see your asset library.
3. Click on the checkboxes of the target assets to select the assets that should be added to the playlist.
4. Click the "Actions" button, located on the right of the screen, under the searchbar.
5. Click "Add to playlist".
6. Click "Create new playlist".
7. Click into the 'Playlist name' field and enter a name for the playlist.
8. Click "Create Playlist".
