NOTE: As of Version 3.22, alerts are set on the organization level. As such, the destination email will receive alerts for Canvases across all Workspaces. If enabled, an alert will be sent to the designated email when a Canvas goes offline or is no longer displaying content. Active alerts can be reviewed on the Alerts page, accessed by clicking "Alerts" in the left sidebar. |
Enabling Alerting
To enable alerting:
- Click "Alerts" in the left sidebar to navigate to the Alerts page.
- Click on the "Manage" tab, located under the "Alerts" title.
- Click into the 'Notification Email' field and type in a destination email.
- Choose which alerts to enable.
- Click the "Content Status" toggle to receive alerts when Canvases stop displaying content.
- Click the "Online Status" toggle to receive alerts when Canvases go offline.
- Click "Save".
Disabling Alerts
To disable alerting:
- Click "Alerts" in the left sidebar to navigate to the Alerts page.
