Overview
This release introduces two major updates designed to streamline campaign management and device monitoring in Portal3.
Multi-Campaign Scheduling lets you schedule and manage a single event across multiple campaigns from one place, reducing duplicate work and ensuring consistency.
Device 'Statuses' Column adds a customizable, at-a-glance view of key device information—like online status, orientation, and display health—so you can quickly assess your network and spot issues faster.
NEW: Multi-Campaign Scheduling
You can now schedule a single event across multiple campaigns at once — no need to repeat the same setup multiple times. This new capability allows you to manage that event centrally from one place, making updates and changes instantly reflected across all linked campaigns.
Why it matters
Simplifies event scheduling and management for content managers.
Reduces manual effort and the risk of inconsistency across campaigns.
Restores the flexibility that existed in VLE 2.0 while improving central control in 3.0.
NEW: Device 'Statuses' Column
We’ve added a new 'Statuses' column to the Devices page, providing a quick snapshot of key information about each device in your network. It combines both dynamic and static data, allowing you to quickly scan device health, configuration, and performance.
Users can customize which statuses appear in the 'Statuses' column to display what matters most—like online status, display status, orientation, or brightness schedule status. This update makes it easier to monitor your devices at-a-glance and spot issues quickly without digging into device details.
