The following updates were made to the Videri Platform between April 24th and May 11th:
Devices & Walls
- Core Services status indicators are now visible in the main Devices list, the individual device detail drawers, and Advanced Settings, showing which services may be outdated.
- Core Services on the device view now reflect real-time status.
- The backend tracking of Core Services versions and update status has been improved to keep device health information in sync.
- OTA firmware updates are now supported for TCL and Allsee devices.
- Device detail drawers now display which Walls a device is assigned to, giving operators a clearer picture of device relationships without leaving the drawer.
Assets, Playlists, & Projects
- Fixed a server error that occurred when deleting certain assets due to a message size limit, ensuring asset deletion works reliably across all content types.
- The "select all" option when scheduling assets to devices now works correctly.
- Users can now search for metadata fields and their values when bulk editing or applying conditional filters on multi-select fields, making browsing more efficient.
Campaigns
- The Campaigns side drawer now shows thumbnails for events on the selected day, and you can return to the full thumbnail list after picking a specific one.
- Fixed issues where changing an event's urgency or priority could cancel out manual reordering or prevent the schedule from rearranging events.
- Fixed an issue where reordering orchestrated events did not work properly on an empty draft wall.
Events & Scheduling
- Expired brightness schedules are now automatically detected and deactivated.
- Orchestrations now support content trigger priority.
- Improved the selected and assigned items modal in the event editing flow based on user feedback.
- Fixed an issue where the bottom of the Hardware Selection menu was cut off on the Schedule page when many devices were listed.
- Fixed an issue where the Active Brightness checkbox was not pre-selected by default in batch brightness scheduling.
Users & Workspaces
- Moved the Workspace filter into the Basic filters section so it's easier to find and apply.
Activity Log
- Opening the device side drawer no longer generates unnecessary Activity Log entries.
Developer Experience
- A full suite of Licensing Service APIs are now available, covering license creation, listing, editing, deletion, export, status aggregation, reassignment, whitelist management, bulk renewal, and bulk suspension.
- Added
data-testidattributes across Wall side-drawers, the items-per-page combobox, and the asset duration field on the playlist editing page to support automated testing.
