The following updates were made to the Videri Platform between May 31st and June 7th:
Devices & Walls
- Fixed an issue that could change the schedules for assigned Canvases when a Wall layout was edited.
- Fixed an issue that prevented Core Services from appearing on the main Devices page and device drawer after a device was provisioned or re-provisioned.
- Updated the display name for the SR1AA01B device model to SparkBridge (2022) for improved clarity.
Assets, Playlists, & Projects
- Fixed an issue that could apply incorrect Project sharing settings when a Project was unshared from a higher-level Workspace.
- Fixed an issue that caused some parent Workspaces to stay partially shared after sharing was turned off at the root Workspace level.
- Fixed an issue that stopped content from being shared with a Workspace after it was moved under the same top-level node.
- Fixed an issue that caused some playlist thumbnails to appear missing in certain environments, including after the thumbnail asset was swapped.
Campaigns
- Canvases removed from a Campaign now have their campaign schedules cleared properly.
Fixed an issue where reordering events in one Campaign caused inconsistent ordering changes across other Campaigns sharing the same events.
Events & Scheduling
- The Brightness Schedule status in Portal3 now shows the correct active or inactive state of the schedule.
- Brightness schedules now correctly use the assigned device’s timezone to show the accurate schedule status.
- Added validation to prevent brightness schedules from being created with the same start and end time.
Users & Workspaces
- Fixed an issue that prevented new Workspace groups from receiving the correct permissions from their parent Workspace, causing assets shared to parent groups to be inaccessible in child groups.
- Fixed an issue that caused all Workspaces to appear on one page with an incorrect item count in some environments.
General UX Improvements
Fixed an issue that caused "Recently Completed Downloads" to appear empty for some tenants.
Fixed an issue that caused the "Online" and "Offline" status filters to show incorrect results on the TCL and AllSee device tabs.
"Active Downloads" and "Recently Completed Downloads" now show the asset name instead of a UUID.
