Below are the reasons for possible error code messages encountered during provisioning:

Access Denied: HTTP 403 You do not have permission to execute this functionality. The Canvas might currently be assigned to an organization you have no access to. |
Please get in touch with the support team with the Error message "403" and the device serial number. |
70-205 |
Unable to confirm the successful setup of the Canvas. Check Portal3 for Canvas status. |
Canvas is online → Successful setup! Error message can be ignored. Canvas is offline→ Please try again or reach out to the support team. |
70-204 |
Provisioning failed! Commands cannot be sent to the Canvas via Bluetooth. No response received from Canvas over Bluetooth. |

Provisioning failed! Commands cannot be sent to the Canvas via Bluetooth. Bluetooth was disabled on provisioning device before provisioning was completed.

Please check app settings whether the targeted WiFi is available. Select the desired WiFi. If assignment is not possible, please try the provisioning process again and/or check the functionality of targeted WiFi network. |
70-212 |
Mobile Device disconnected from Internet. Provisioning failed! Your mobile device lost internet connection. |
Please check your Phone‘s network. If the connection is weak or unavailable, move closer to the WiFi access point (router) or use your mobile data (LTE) and repeat the provisioning process. Contact the user support line if you are still unable to reach the server. |
